Register as “PCST” online at www.usms.org by March 1st and receive the entire month
 of March training for FREE!!

PCST Masters is a competitive masters swimming program designed to provide quality training
and instruction to assist our seasoed athletes in achieving their personal athletic goals.  
Whether you are a well-accomplished swimmer, or one hoping to take your beginner skills to
the next level, PCST Masters is the perfect place for the competitive swimmer, triathlete, 
weekend warrior and fitness fan to get the highest quality training around.  By joining the 
program, you will receive top notch stroke technique instruction, proven effective training 
methods and a consistent practice schedule from a full time certified and highly qualified 
member ofthe Panama City Swim Team coaching staff.

Practice Times	Cost (2012 USMS Membership Required
Mon, Tues, Thurs: 6:00-7:00pm (short course)	$40 each month ($30 for PCBAC Members)
Wed, Fri: 6:00-7:00am (long course)	$41 United States Master's Swimming Fee
